[Transportation News] Seoul’s Mobile Complaints Report System goes to Mumbai
The Seoul Smart Complaint Report system was introduced in 2012 to facilitate citizens’ easy reporting of any complaint in their everyday city life via their smartphones or on our website. With the real-time mobile petition processing system, citizens can easily check how their reports are being handled, and how the issues are finally settled in due course.
The export of the system to Mumbai, part of the ICT Civic Participation for Mumbai, India project, is expected to help Mumbai better handle the citizens’ feedback. Mumbai city officials are scheduled to visit Seoul in January 2015 to learn more about Seoul’s best practices as well as the operation of the system.
