‘The World Renowned Water Supply System of Seoul’

Water is the source of all life. No life is possible without water. Only 50 years ago or so, Seoul had difficulty supplying water that is safe to drink. However, today, Seoul’s water system – Arisu – provides water that is higher in quality than that recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO). As the world’s first water system to be accredited by the WHO’s National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), it supplies safe-to-drink water to its citizens 24 hours a day, all year round. Now Seoul seeks to export this innovation around the world.
