Cooperation between Bangladesh and Seoul is picking up steam in areas of disaster management and relief. Since the visit of Bangladesh officials to the National Emergency Management Agency of Seoul last May, the two sides have agreed to cooperate on the building of a disaster management system in Bangladesh. Follow-up measures, such as providing policy consulting, are being implemented.
