On Jul. 22, the Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) opened the Korea’s first ‘One-Stop Support Center for Crime Victims,’ where victims suffering from various physical, psychological, and economic damage can receive comprehensive support encompassing economical, legal, psychological, welfare, and financial assistance in one place without having to visit multiple agencies.

The center aims to provide integrated support for all types of crimes that overlap from a victim support perspective, including personal protection, investigation cooperation, psychological, legal, employment, welfare, financial support, and medical referrals.

Crime victims, including those affected by life-threatening or bodily harm, digital sex crimes, and stalking, can receive assistance at the ‘One-Stop Support Center for Crime Victims.’ If victims need support due to crime damage, they can visit the center directly or consult over the phone.

The ‘One-Stop Support Center for Crime Victims’ is located on the 3rd floor of the Seoul Women’s Plaza (Exit 3 of Daebang Station). (Inquiry: +82-1577-1701)
