The SMG plans to build seven docks for the service, with the exterior construction scheduled for completion by October at four locations (Magok, Yeouido, Oksu, and Jamsil) and by November at three locations (Mangwon, Jamwon, and Ttukseom). The interior construction of all docks will be completed by the end of this year.

The city government also announced that it had completed consultations with relevant organizations to improve accessibility: creating and adjusting bus routes and integrating the Seoul Bike service with these routes. The city government added that the development of the public transportation transfer system, including the transfer discounts, Climate Card service use, and installation of Tmoney terminals, is underway with the official operation schedule of Hangang Bus.

The SMG plans to officially launch the public mobility service in March 2025 after completing all preparations to provide citizens with the most pleasant and safest water mobility experience.
