Municipal sewage Treatment Plants: ● Under the administration of Khartoum State Sanitary Corporation (KSSC) ● Two plants with total capacity of 56000m3/day ● Cover only (7%) of Khartoum 2. Institutional sewage treatment systems:  Mainly activated sludge:  Used by many governmental and private institutions 3.
