The Master of Urban Administration and Planning(MUAP) at the University of Seoul was established in 2008 with the support of the Seoul Metropolitan Government(SMG) to foster local professionals’ urban administration and planning capabilities for urban growth and quality of life in the developing world. As of 2015, 80 government officials from Seoul’s partner cities have successfully graduated from the program. The master’s degree program allows participants to strengthen their understanding of urban issues and learn from distinguished faculty members at UOS. In addition, the program offers an internship opportunity to work with SMG to put academic learning into practice.

The last day of the application period is April 10, 2015 (Korean Standard Time). MUAP will begin on August 3, 2015. Financial support for tuition, accommodation, round-trip airfare and living expenses is provided by SMG once accepted into the program.
