The Global Development Partnership Center (GDPC) of KRIHS hosted KIUDA Conferences called the KRIHS-IDB Urban Development Academy. For the week-long training program jointly organized with the IDB, 13 high-ranking officials from ten different Latin America and Carribean countries visited KRIHS.

As the organizer, GDPC designed the program focused on discussions instead of one-sided delivery of lectures and knowledge, hoping each of the LAC countries find policy implications for land planning and development.
