Jakarta Capital City Government has issued an One Stop Integrated Service Agency (PTSP). This PTSP will assist all the way to the sub districts level in Jakarta and help manage licensing and permit applications.
PTSP in Jakarta was inaugurated by the Governor of DKI Jakarta on December 2011. At the same time, government also carried signing integrity pacts to government agencies that perform public service in the presence of the Governor of DKI Jakarta.
For example, the renewal process of Expatriate Placement Plan (RPTKA) and Working Permit (IMTA). Companies who would like to renew their licenses would not have to go to Ministry of Manpower anymore; instead they can do this via the PTSP online registration. Effective Sept 1st, 2015, the said online registration will impact the time frame of license completion for the better. The previous estimated completion date for Expatriate Placement Plan (RPTKA) was 15 business days and Working Permit (IMTA) was also 15 business days. Now each of the documents can be completed within 2 to 3 business days
Resembling commercial banks, PTSP nowadays gives 518 types of services at 318 outlets in Jakarta. PTSP also provides free of service charges for building permit and architectural services, delivery services for license (Call Center 164), ODS (One Day Services): 66 services, and Drive-Thru Services.
